In my quest to get fit I’m using the gym at work.

Monday / Wednesday / Friday
– High-intensity interval training (HIIT) | Running for 20mins
– 10-20 Weights Hitt workout

Tuesday/Thursday
– Weight Training for 30-40mins

Saturday
– Random workout (Running, swiming, weights)

Sunday
– Rest
