I had a bit too much time on my hands last night, went over board with my Friday prep. Photo to the left: Top is pineapple and watermelon fruit cup. Photo to the bottom right : Breakfast of eggs cheese and toast, too cute to eat =). Photo to the left bottom : Leftover beef and Onion stir-fry with brown rice balls and cucumbers.
The other photos is yesterdays snack box, pepperoni cheese and wheat thins.
Over all I can tell you my kids love rice balls, however they need to plain. But thery’re not that hard to make, plastic wrap and hot rice. Doesn’t even need to be sushi rice, I just used last nights left over rice. Google it, there’s tons of videos and guides for it. =)
