– Set Up –
Bratwurst ( I had about 10)
1 Bottle of Guinness (Extra Stout)
I looked all over the net for a good recipe but I just ended up mixing a few thing together. These are kind’a based off Wisconsin Brats, but instead of beer I have stout and green peppers. Place everything into the crock-pot, coat well and cook for 4 hours. The final product was interesting, it tasted like wonton pork filling. No joke, ancient chinese secret, my ass. LOL!
