1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Sugar
1 Stick of butter melted or 1/2 cup
1 Cup Flour
1 Can of Condensed Milk
1 Can Evaporated Milk
3/4 Heavy Cream
Cool whip and Cinnamon
Get some foil/paper cupcake liners, set up your pan and heat the oven to 325 degrees . Egg whites only, baking soda and salt, whisk to a soft peak. Then add yolks and sugar half at a time. Fold in the melted butter into your batter, then in small batches add the flour.
Fill your cups half way, remember you’ll be drowning these cakes with milk and you need space. Place in the oven for 25 minutes and half way turn the tins, cook till golden. In another bowl or shaker bottle add the Milks together and the heavy cream. Once the cakes are out, poke some holes in the cakes. You can brush the milk or spoon it over the cakes, let it absorb about 30 minutes. I left them over night in the fridge.
Before you serve them let them get to room temp, top them with cool whip and cinnamon. You’ll want more them one =).
