I used 2 chicken breast and cut them into 1 inch cubes. Eggs (2-3), Corn starch, blend into a batter for the chicken. Dip and fry in batches till golden. Some of the best Asian style veggies can be found at Costco, best frozen blend. Heat them up and while that’s cooking, time to make the sauce. Soy Sauce 1/4 or a bit more, this time around I used frozen orange juice. I used about 1/2cup, a bit less of the oj and about 1 tablespoon of sugar. Heat in a small pan till it’s reduced a bit. Once your veggies are done add the chicken and then the sauce and mix well. Serve over rice. =) The chicken to veggie ratio is a bit off tonight..LOL!
