Mini home made pancakes, Eggs and Fruit. Gotta love Hello Kitty.

Asian Ribs and Veggie
1/2 cup Low sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Rice wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Fresh Ginger
Crushed Red pepper
2 1/2lbs Pork – Any cut with fat, but Loin is ok too.
Asian Veggies

In a Crock-Pot mix everything but the veggies. Add the pork and coat with the mix. For fall off the bone pork, cook 8 hours, but you can also set it for 4 hours and it’s fine. Before serving cook the veggies ( steam and frozen ok too) add to the pork and serve. Good with brown jasmine rice or Soba noodles.
