I’ve been lazy about posting, and I’m sorry. Getting ready for back to schools and closing on the end of summer, you try to cram a lot into your weekends.
Above, Pork and Beans! Country bone-in, pork ribs and 2lbs small red beans. 1 Onion cut in half, 2-3 Garlic cloves, Salt, Pepper, and Goya Sazón (1 pack), water. Try to leave the beans in water for 30mins to an hour before you place them in the crock-pot. Set to 8hours or longer.
This makes a lot! But it last me all week and I have 3 other bean eaters in my house…LOL!
Went to the Chinese Buffet for my cousins birthday. I just stick with the sushi and hibachi.
