Sunday Night Dinner – Asian Fusion Sandwiches

Made a low budget Bánh mì. Basicly whatever we had in the frigde, and the spices.

Meat ( Top Round, Sirloin or Flank beef / Pork loin) any of these will work. We used Top Round.

Sugar, corn starch, Montreal steak seasoning, ginger, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Veggies Toppers: Salad mix, cucumbers ( you can add Carrots, Onion, and cilantro – which we didn’t have this time)

Mix all of the above and set it aside. Cut the meat real thin and added it to your sauce. You can let it sit for an hour or two. I waited 30mins, kind’a last minute dinner. Bust out the wok and heat up with some oil (indoor grill works for this too). Fry in batches, it took me 3 batches. We had a lot of meat due to all the meat eaters in the house today.

Toast some french bread or rolls, we used wheat rolls.

My cousins called it “The awesome ass meat sandwich”.  There was no leftovers, this made me sad.

Follow it up with some watermelon and you’re good to go!
